Bees 02:02
Bees Who have sunshine in their eyes Might be gone out of the sky They turn water into wine Bees They’ll pollinate from deep within They’ll color life divine from sin Do or die we won’t survive Bees They let the sunshine intertwine They turn daylight into shine Let’s make believe the world is fine

Unwind 03:02
Hey purveyor of time Won’t you come and unwind You can stay the course Or be the force This time Runnin’ outta time Cause I’m runnin’ outta lines And I paid my dues In full it’s true I’ve arrived Be back on track off the moon A million men could never do Of course space will keep a track aside from truth Only stars can bank the youth Of course i’m alone Hang up your phone There’s robots and there’s drones Of course i’m alone Hang up your phone There’s robots and there’s drones Hey purveyor of time Won’t you come and unwind You can stay the course Or be the force Cause I’m runnin’ outta time And I’m runnin’ outta lines And I paid my dues In full it’s true I’ve arrived Be back on track off the moon About a million men could never do Of course space will keep a track aside from truth Only stars can bank the youth

Stickers 03:03
There’s time on the way to begin There’s time to be known Where did it go? Where did it go? Here’s a shortcut to drive to your heart If you’re willing to start How will you go? How will you go? Now I’ve been in and out of this town Why does everybody frown? And when will they smile? When will they smile? The best things in life are free That’s a sticker on somebody’s car When I read it I laughed to myself The jokes been taken too far The bar’s set too low The bar’s set too low The best things in life are free Said the sticker on somebody’s car If we all take a laugh at ourselves The joke ends up getting too far The bar’s set to low The bar’s set to low

Dreams 03:38
I’ve been united through all of my dreams Shifting and turning and closing the scenes And I’d like to share with you all of my thoughts Restricting the burning and yearning the transfer of Dishing dismissing and missing the thought Poking provoking the clock Taking mistaking and shaking a lot Crying and laughing to stop Ooh I’m in a mood And not to where I’m feeling misconstrued And once in a while when i’m alone I’ll stay away from my temperate zone Dishing dismissing and missing the thought Poking provoking the clock Taking mistaking and shaking a lot Crying and laughing to stop

Mansion 03:25
The old rusted miner, feeling inspired, reached in his pocket for gold Withered old hands they were dried up like sand, pulled out a lump full of coal The river’s wine red in deep water we tread, so the glutton feels like he’s full The glutton will never feel full. Mansion on the hill that raises your rent Built by the Mellon’s who own all the banks Capitalization, the heart of our nation, mounting frustration, the blue collar code. Took a green stare at the clear mountain, air breathed deeply and felt like a fool Hopeless ambition to pointless transition favors those who have the control They’ll never relinquish control. Mansion on the hill that raises your rent Built by the Mellon’s who own all the banks Capitalization, the heart of our nation, mounting frustration, the blue collar code. Mansion on the hill that raises your rent Built by the Mellons who own all the banks Capitalization, the harlequin of our nation, mounting frustration, the blue collar code. Blue collar code Blue collar code Blue collar code Blue collar code

Regress 05:27
You know I've never been the driftin’ kind I didn't know if they were right or out of their minds Life can be demanding, truly understanding, life's little channeling dreams I can't regress on what I best described in the first degree If you are unable to misread the label, maybe you’re able to understand me Pristine lace, sun sketched on your face, seemed to erase any doubt in my mind Billboard advertisements, seem to remind us, things aren't always as it seems I can't regress on what I best described in the first degree If you are unable to misread the label, maybe you’re able to understand me Telephone wires that go on for hours Telephone wires I see Telephone wires that go on for hours Telephone wires I see I can't regress on what I best described in the first degree If you are unable to misread the label, how are you able to understand me Telephone wires that go on for hours Telephone wires I see Pink swirlin’ patterns keep us aware that things aren’t always what we wanted to see

about

Brothers Jake D’Arc (vocals, guitar, keys) and Mike D’Arc (vocals, guitar, bass) wrote, produced and recorded the album over the span of a year and a half in Absecon, NJ. The debut album features both brothers handling lead vocal duties along with a plethora of vocal harmony-driven songs. The album hosts a mix of genres leaning on rock/americana/alt country/r&b and can be described by the band as “A mishmash of psychedelic americana sprinkled with motown flavors and ice cream parlor pop proclivities.”

The duo previously played in the international touring band Peanut Butter Lovesicle, working with Henry Hirsch (responsible for #1 hits for artists including Lenny Kravitz and Paul McCartney), and 2 of the band’s songs can be heard on the TV Show “Gossip Girl”.

Press Quotes:

"The eccentric synth lines that are drenched in retro Americana soul are sweeter than honey, but there’s no sugaring away the artistic merit of this spacey psychedelic country-rock-rooted LP, which will undoubtedly see the South Jersey-residing brothers go far." - A&R Factory

"East of 8th is always a sucker for songs that don’t sound like anything else that we’ve heard recently. Enter New Jersey’s D’Arc’s Family Jams and their recently released track, “Dreams.” The band labels its sound as, “[a] mishmash of psychedelic americana sprinkled with motown flavors and ice cream parlor pop proclivities.” While there is a lot happening in that description, we think they nailed it." -East of 8th

"The songs have an introspective feel much like The Band" - Americana UK
